I stopped taking protein supplements because I think they're a waste of money, but anyone know any good recipes for snacks on the go or just to eat at home ?

unsalted mixed nuts, beef jerky is good, but high in sodium, tuna, nut butters & rice cakes, eggs, there are quite a few options - myprotein do chocolate protein bites - again, but of a waste of money when it's fairly simple to knock something up.

Pork scratchings, cheese, marinated chicken breast/wings, or just a protein shake. I know you said you don't buy them anymore but for me a 25g scoop of protein at 42p is probably going to be the cheapest thing per gram of protein I snack on.

Slice of ham, spread with cream cheese or laughing cow cheese, wrap around a pickle. Can slice it for bite size or serve to others.
