Whoever flagged this obviously didn't read it. That was an oddly fascinating and engaging read. Good message too. Thanks for posting. :)

    No beer?

What kind of horrible, horrible plan is that?

    Cute read but that's all.

What kinds of beer equates to 7 slices of bread? And since when did immensely low self esteem and hatred of your ex girlfriend correlate with weight loss? Not very reliably, I'd suggest...

The 'no beer' part probably caused the flag finger... :open_mouth:
    I understand.

    Good read, though!

In case the flagger is still reading and feels ashamed now, you can click it again and remove the flag.

That was a sweet story, OP, thanks for sharing!

#3 is what drives me too - it just took me 1 1/2 years to make the connection & start!

I see MFP still allows willy nilly flagging.

I'm a bit scared to comment for fear of getting flagged lol. But yes it's a great read. Although I'm not a heartbroken bloke. Seriously though I love his story. Good on him

The no beer rule would take care of the breaking my heart part.

Hey flagger - none of these posts were spam - you can unflag by clicking Flag > Spam again.

There are lots of spam flags tonight. I wonder if English is a second language and the confused s-p-a-m with l-i-k-e. In my mind spam (Hormel or otherwise) and like are two very different things. Loved this amusing story.

Lmao what's with all these flags!! Glad you guys enjoyed it though.

Actually had me thinking about a guy I hurt back in high school who inexplicably got suuuuper ripped for a year afterwards. Makes so much sense now...

I agree the beer and juice steps should be optional too. :dizzy:
