What's the best way of losing love handles..

I am 5'7 and weight 150.6 my goal is 125-130 I have love handles ( muffin top ) what is the best way of losing that and toning it?.

    diet. and pants that fit , and ab exercise.

    Since you can't spot reduce, it's going to come from overall fat loss.

    Eat at a deficit, incorporate some strength training and get pants that fit.

    Eating in a calorie deficit. Honestly. You can't spot lose fat, so just losing weight overall is what you need to do. Buy a food scale and weigh your food, log it and stick to your calorie deficit. You will lose weight.
    As far as body recomp, do heavy lifting to reshape your body. Squats and lunges, steps, etc. Start with your own body weight and build up to heavy weight. Do upper body work as well. You will like the way your body reshapes as you lose body fat with the calorie deficit.

    Losing body fat. No you can't spot reduce etc etc.

    I definitely agree that strength training to reshape your body with continues diet is the best way to get the results that you want.
