Lately I've been doing the 30 Day Shred & getting a kick*** workout from that ( before was doing P90X - but halfway...didn't finish it ). But I was wondering, from everyone's point of view...which workout dvds are the best / show great results? Sometimes, I just don't feel like heading to the Gym or Track, so I just wanna stay home & workout!

What dvd worked best for you?

Thanks :D

I have been doing ChaLean Extreme, and love it. Less time than P90X. I have seem great results on the boards, and through friends.

I like Turbo Jam (it's a kickboxing kind of cardio workout). It has really toned my abs. I hear Turbo Fire is great too. Both have the same instructor.

30 day shred is my favorite!!! I also bought her Ripped in 30 DVD but havent enjoyed it as much as 30 DS. I also have Biggest Loser Boot Camp which is a pretty good workout.

I do the best with dance-type ones, just because they're a little more entertaining to me. Heh, I have Cardio Go-Go Dancing and I LOVE it. I want to get the strip tease DVDS - I've heard they're a good workout even if you look a fool doing them!

I really like "Personal Training With Jackie: Xtreme Timesaver Training." It's a 30 minute total body workout. It was ranked one of the 10 best DVDs by Fitness Magazine and is reviewed really well on Amazon.

I loved the 30 Day Shred. I tried doing the Supreme 90 Day System, but I didn't like the routine as much... it was never as clear. Now, I'm doing Ripped in 30. I love Jillian Michael's DVDs... you know EXACTLY what to expect from her, you know how long you'll be working out, you know how long you'll be doing each move. I love that consistency and that booty kicking work out. After I finish this I may start 30DS over again or go get another one of her DVDs! She is the best.

I don't go to the gym at all I use workout videos in my home and they are amazing. I use 10 Minute Trainer, Zumba, and Walk Away the Pounds and I get a great workout from them all. Zumba is actually my favorite because of the music and the great dance moves.

I'm happy with P90X but its a huge time commitment - and not for everybody. Before, I really like Jillian's "No More Trouble Zones", but have heard 30DS is the best though.

I've done the 30DS, and still use it, but have subsequently bought No More Trouble Zones (circuit-style using weights) and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, and prefer both to the shred.
I also do Tae Bo DVDs which I love and give me a great burn!

Another vote for Chalene Extreme, I like my Zumba DVDs and I have TurboFire coming in the mail.
