Spartan Sprint or Super Spartan

Has anyone on here done any of the Spartan races? If so how did you get ready, and how was the experience?

    I am signed up for my first Spartan Sprint at the end of August. I am super excited about it, so I am curious as to what responses you get here as well. Are you signed up?

    Not yet. Here they are doing a a Super Spartan on July 9th. 8+ miles running and 20+ obstacles. Honestly, I don't know if I will be ready so I am waiting until the last minute to register.
