Hey i am zen from the uk, my doctors have asked me to follow a low carb diet , i am looking to lose between 5 to 7 stone if anyone as any tips advice etc please feel free to message me or add me many thanks zen x

Hi Zen, loads of people doing low-carb, though it's not the most popular method on these forums, so you'll probably get a lot of questions as to why the doctor has advised you to do it. Good luck!0
