does anyone else do Jillians Yoga Meltdown DVD? If so, what do you log it as?

    I logged it as Calithenics (sp?) light/moderate. i was the most accurate for me, i logged it like that and lost 10lbs. Good luck to ya!

    If you are in the UK (I am) you can't get it on DVD. I downloaded yesterday after someone on here recommended it to me. Was going to give it a go after work today. x

    I do this Yoga DVD and absolutely LOVE it!!!!!! I am new to this website and I dont know how to log it???? I dont know how many calories I am burning....
