    If you have juice and some whey protein, you're golden. Chocolate Orange Julius.

    Thanx appreciate it, I did use quest bar, although I prefer smoothies. Today is sat and I need to gather my self with a Yoga session. Today is all about recovery and I'll make a smoothie recovery as well.

    Just curious, why would you need a recovery drink after BodyCombat?

    Hi, to recover after a heavy cardio work out. Mainly to maintain my muscle mass, reduce soreness etc.

    My fave shake:
    Frozen rasp/choc protein/soy milk/PB
    I'm the same, I need recovery shakes and meals or my body is a mess.

    Advocare performance elite post workout recovery drink Mix. Worth looking at online. Works very well for me
