I found that almost everything contains soy even Lipton chicken noodle soup. What is there to eat without soy?

Meat, vegetables, fruit, homemade bread, milk & other dairy products. I wouldn't think it would be that hard to avoid...

There are certain allergens that must be listed on nutritional labels in a separate statement following the ingredients list. Soy is one of them and so is wheat, tree nuts, and milk etc. It's always stated like this "Contains: Soy, Milk and Tree Nuts". I'm not allergic to soy, but I prefer not to eat it whenever possible and let me tell you, I rarely ever eat anything with soy in it! More and more companies are making soy-free products. I'll mention though, the less expensive (cheap quality) the product is the more likely it has soy in it.
