Hi everyone:
I'm new and looking for additional information about weight loss. Does anyone have any fat burning ideas that work? I'm motivated and once again trying to lose weight. Any help will be appreciated - thanks!

    Attached is the basic diet my husband and I started on September 9th. I started at a weight of 202 and I'm down to 194 and he started at 320 and is now 306. It works. I also wear a Misfit Shine that tracks my movement and automatically adds my exercise calories back into my daily allowance. I have accepted that I didn't put this on overnight and it will take time. Since I'm a woman, for me its basically 1200 calories a day but with the foods I'm eating and how often I'm eating them I am NEVER hungry. My husband is doing the same diet with minor adjustments for him. We each prepare all of our next days meals when we get home from work or while we are preparing dinner. Its takes effort but if you are willing to invest the time and effort you will get the results you want. :-) 532c161bnf6u.jpg

    Good balance between cardio and strength training. HIIT work outs two to three times a week and track your macros. :) good luck
