I started my journey four months ago. For the first two I wasn't as determined so most of my weight loss was done in the past two months. I do 45 minutes of cardio every day on the treadmill and then 30 day shred(though I have skipped a few days with the shred)
I started at 220 and today I am 179. I didn't take a picture until I was 213. I'm pretty happy with my results but I myself can't tell too much of a difference. I want to lose at least 55 more pounds so I'm not even half way.
