Fellow Vegans, I need help!

Hey guys! So I'm having some trouble with a vegan meal plan that will satisfy the 1200 calorie intake that I'm on right now. I wanted to try going on a vegan meal plan but I need some help on how to go about doing so. What are good breakfast/lunch/dinner options?

I second the Happy Herbivores group!

I also just wanted to chime in and ask why you are eating 1200 calories. This is really only necessary for extremely short and/or older women. I tried it for a while and was miserable. I see so many people on here making the mistake that I did - thinking that you have to eat 1200 calories to lose weight.

    This just isn't true.

I eat between 1400 and 1600 a day now (and yes I'm vegan), sometimes more, and I'm so much happier. And still losing. Those extra 200 or 300 calories a day can make such a difference to your physical and mental wellbeing.

Try pinterest. I am on a soup pinning roll right now (<--vegetarian) but many of the soups (I entered "meatless soup") are reflecting as vegan. IDK, when in doubt, Pinterest :D
