How do change setting for cal/exercise?

I added my exercise to My Fitness pal and now it adds the calories into my daily calorie count. I don't want it to do that. I just wanted to track when I exercise and how. I don't want it to effect my calories eaten. How can I disconnect the two?

You either have to upgrade to Premium if it is available in your country, or you can log the number of minutes and then overwrite the estimated number of Calories to 1.0 (the software won't allow a zero Calorie exercise to be saved). You could then record the estimated Calories in the Notes section of your Exercise Diary or Food Diary if desired.0
