New to this as of today! Been away for quite sometime doing slimming world and other things but I miss mfp!

I'm 26 living in England recently married and looking to loose the honeymoon pounds plus some, in time for Christmas and the party dresses :)

Looking for friends in the UK for weight loss ideas and motivation! X

    Sent an invite, fellow UK person. I go to slimming world too for the socializing, shiny weight loss stickers and awards! :smiley: But follow kcals on MFP rather than the "free foods" concept.
