Looking for a good plan for diet

I have been practicing weight lifting and cardio unplanned

now i am gaining weight from 154 lbs to 156. though two months ago i was 148 lbs.

i want to reduce my weight. any advices for me?
fyi, presently I do cycling 4 times/week 25 minutes with 3 times/week weightlifting

I also drink some cups of ice water everyday and also drink coffee and l carnitine before gym

    If you want to lose weight, you'll need to eat at a calorie deficit. Your training plan is not the problem! Keep that up! :)
