Does anybody have good bagel recipes for lunch?

    I spread a wedge of Laughing Cow cheese on my bagel then top it with deli meat and fresh spinach. Another favorite is to smash half an avocado with half a tuna pouch and put that on my bagel. Both of these are filling and tasty!

    I enjoy a whole wheat bagel with hummous spread on it & a tomato slice & some spinach OR lettuce.

    Not a full meal, but my favorite bagel recipe. Take an everything bagel spread with plain cream cheese and drizzle a touch of soy sauce over it. So yummy!
