Need motivation

I've lost 3lbs in 17 days. The first 2lb came off probably within the first 5 days and I really haven't seen any changes since! Getting frustrated, need motivation!

    You've seen a 1lb change, which is what you should expect in a week. You'll have a large initial loss because you'll be losing water weight, then it'll settle down.

    With 32lbs to go (if your profile is correct) you shouldn't be aiming for anything more than 1lb/week. And of course weight loss isn't linear, you won't lose weight every week. Some you'll lose, some you'll stay the same, some you'll gain. So you're doing just fine.

    The difference between success and not being successful at healthy weight loss is finding something that works for you and keeps you satisfied and then being patient. Did you gain the extra 32 lbs in 5 days? No? Then give the weigh LOSS some time, too.
