Help - I've lost my MFP Mojo!

Has anyone else gone several days in a row not tracking, knowing you're over eating and wondering how to reclaim the pink cloud of early days?

I'm obsessing over a deadline - (that's my excuse) - but somehow - I've lost my MFP mojo.

And I'm pretty sure it's mostly FOOD BASED (and undoubtedly - psychological)

I think in part it's also because I don't have a plan for what to eat. At my height and weight - I can eat almost 1800 calories a day and still be on track to drop weight.

It the beginning it was SO EASY - everything I picked out to eat worked. But, now I'm getting bored with those early day food choices. Now, when I go to the grocery store, I think I'm buying healthy foods, however - I'm letting the veges go bad and I'm consuming the stuff I bought for the rest of the family (if you know what I mean)

Today - I want to start over.

Here's a list of some foods I have in the house.

Oatmeal (the kind you have to cook) - wah!
Apples
Carrots
Bags of Gourmet Potato Chips
Cashews
Coconut Milk
40 calorie Lemonade
Eggs
Sweet potatoes
Onions
Grapefruit
Fage Yogurt (full fat)
Trader Joe's Chicken Sausages
Bag of cut Kale
Frozen Artichokes
100 calorie fruit Popsicles
frozen Ground patties
Reduced calorie Fish Sticks (trader joes)
Assorted frozen vegetables
Assorted gourmet crackers
Free range chicken broth
Frozen peas
Frozen edamame
Butter/Mayo/Ketchup/most spices

Any suggestions for making an 1800 or less diet out of above. No time to go shopping today. I need to stay focused on my current WIP.

So, this is a call out to all of you clever organized big thinkers out there. Help me come up with a gameplan if you'd like and thanks in advance for your help/ suggestions.

Julles.

P.S. - One thing for sure - I'm not getting on the scale yet - not until I get my Mojo back for a few good MFP days in a row.

Open the bag of potato chips.
    Add 1/2 cup laundry detergent
    Add 1/2 cup of water
    Shake well
    Throw in Trash

OK Seriously, I gotta make a lot of assumptions here.
This is emergency food - not gourmet.

    Defrost the peas till soft
Take the 1/2 onion and dice it into 1" squares.
Slice the sweet potato into 1/4" slices
Slice the up (half? one fourth?) of the sausages the same thickness as the sweet potatos

Heat up a frying pan (wok would be better) high heat.
add 1/2 TB of oil (whatever you got)
    Saute potatoes till almost done
Throw in sausage and onion in the same pan until you think they are done
Throw in peas right at the end
Season without fear - hot sauce would be nice. 1/2tb roux would be better.

If this is emergency rations for just today, I'd probably:

    Lunch:
    Scramble or poach egg(s)
Boil .75" chunks of sweet potato, then fry lightly in a pan if desired (maybe add the ground beef --once you cook that too -- to make a beef "hash"? You could brown a bit of the ground beef and chop it up while it cooks while the potatoes boil. Then once they're cooked add them to the drained ground beef to finish cooking.)

    Snacks:
    fruit and nuts

    Dinner:
Sausage with a side of sauteed kale and onions

    Dessert:
    Fruit popsicle
