Helpful Running Tip!

I found an app on the App Store the other day. It's extremely good for motivation when running, jogging or sprinting. The app is FREE and it's called Zombies, Run! Basically, you run while listening to the story of what's happening. You pick up supplies to survive and it tells you to sprint when the 'Zombies' are near. You can also use GPS to collect supplies etc. It's hard to explain so just go try it out and you'll see how useful it is!
