Coffee and Weight Loss

I'm new to coffee. In the store, I saw the bulk coffee (that you grind right there). There were a bunch of different flavors (creme brulee, cinnamon roll, vanilla, etc). Does this add more calories to the coffee? I know to be careful of what I add to coffee, but I want to make sure these flavored beans aren't adding anything.

From what I can find online, as long as it is just flavored beans, they should have same calories as non-flavored.

I checked the Dunkin Donuts flavored coffee beans (Hazelnut and French vanilla) and they don't have calories, so I think you should be good. If you were getting syrups, powdered mixes, or creamers it would be a different story.

    Check the labels

I have flavored coffee that is only 2 calories a cup ( like normal black coffee is) but i have also some that are 7 and 20 or even 60 calories ( which is added some milk)

But for only beans it is almost always 2 calories a cup.
