Does anyone happen to know if food Lion or Walmart brand of xtra virgin olive oil spray is glueten free, or even the Pam olive oil spray? I've tried looking it up online and I'm just not sure so I figured I'd give it a shot here.

I just checked the Pam olive oil spray in my cupboard, and there is no mention of wheat products in the ingredients or any notes about being manufactured in a facility that handles wheat; it does contain soy.

Its not the oil itself... its the additives and equipment used to process snd package thst could be the issue.

Your best bet, op, is to buy a misto and add your own oil.
