:'( BBC looking for a little help.I've lost my mom about 4 weeks ago.weight 195 I lost down to 156 .i have 25 more to go...but I've Started putting on weight again,needed a booths.

    Thanks,just needing a little help.to get me started again.any ideas very worried that I'm going gain my weight back.can't get motive.I was walking 5 miles a day.and very low carb diet.now I'm just eating everything.lol.

    BBC might just reference to this BBC Code thing that appears at the bottom of the thread in the mobile app when you post a reply. It is a hyperlink and I have never clicked it since I don't know what it is. ros3b45vrvdi.jpeg

    Apparently there are a lot of not so bad definitions for BBC, but my sister told me one that I usually think of first. I'm not the one who made the thread titled "BBC" so don't blame me!
