Any ideas for snacks besides fruits? I need something that will curb my appetite in between meals.
Also what's good for protein?

Hard boiled eggs, hummus & veggies, protein bars, Greek yogurt, beef or turkey jerky, popcorn, wasabi peas, fudge pops, cottage cheese, nuts

Canned tuna in water for protein and protein powder.
I do the Fiber One bars for the sweet stuff or the chocolate covered granola bars as a lil hold off till dinner time.
All have the lowest amount of numbers. Believe they're all about 130 calories.

I like to use rice cakes as a base for spreads and cheeses and stuff. They're boring as hell but like 35 calories and crunchy. Spread some lauhing cow or cream cheese or avocado on them, cucumber and tomato slices, and a bit of black pepper.

Peanut butter is good for fats and a little protein, and I personally find it really filling. Eggs and tuna are better sources, they're easy to prep ahead of time or take with you (I keep boiled eggs in the fridge).

Cottage cheese and grek yogurt are also sources of protein and filling. Theres a million ways you can do them up so you don't get bored.

Edamame , soy pudding, add peanut butter to the fruit- it tastes fantastic with apples. String cheese.

Because of my job, I don't have a lot of time. Sunwarrior protein powder vanilla in almond milk and plain grilled chicken has been my go to for protein. The powder tastes great, compared to the other 10s I've tried.
