Hey everyone
I'm 20 years old, 5'4" and weigh 15.9/219lbs. I've put on 3 stone in less than 2 years and have finally decided I want to lose weight, to be healthier, but feel like I'm lacking motivation/nice student-friendly budget meals. Any advice or help would be great

I am 23, 5'0", and weigh 255. I need to lose 127. I am also a student. My goal is take advantage of the salad bar/veggie and fruit station and to watch portions on meat and dessert. I hope it works!0
