I have just started exercising and eating well with the goal of getting abs. Currently I'm doing skipping training, sit ups and push ups. Is there a better routine for losing weight/gaining abs at the same time?

sit ups aren't usually enough, you'll need to do weighted abs work, and hanging leg raises - things where you'll hit failure around 10 reps.0

As the saying goes, abs are made in the kitchen. Getting your bodyfat low enough is the most important factor for visible abs.
As to which exercises, don't forget planks, and probably also squats and deadlifts.0 -

This is perfectly said. If your body fat % isn't low enough, you can do 1000 situps a day and you won't see them. I also find planking is one of the best ab exercises especially if you add mountain climbers and splits with them. Good luck to you.0 -
I'd recommend a 7 day/ week willpower routine. A basic one would look something like this:
5x5 fork put downs
4x8 beer refusuals
4x8 dressing/dip pass-overs
4x8 chicken bakes
1x5 restaurant drive-bys
continue this until your body fat lowers enough for abs to show.0 -

Definetly read those.
