I never had a problem with weight. But when I got pregnant I gained 80lbs! Its been 4 years and im almost down to pre prego weight but im not seeing the definition I used to have. Any ideas?

    If you are a member of a gym, contact a trainer or member of staff and explain what you want. They'll be able to point you in the direction and help you come up with a good routine!

    You need a good mix of cardio and some good resistance training. That's what my wife and I do. Add me and I'll cheer you on!
