I've been on keto for 3 days, medical reasons.
I've just read my blood glucose level - it's 39 mg dl which is about 2.2 mmol...
I cant remember what the perfect levels/range for ketosis is!
Can anyone help?

I can't remember wither but you u might find ketostix useful. They're strips that you wee on that tell you your ketosis level thing. I'm assuming there's a key in the side. I'm ordering some fro amazon but apparently you should be able to find them in shops too.0

Normal to low blood glucose is common for those in ketosis. 2.2 is pretty low. Were you still feeling okay? If you felt okay, and it was an unusual low i wouldn't worry. If it stays that low, I would contact a doctor and eat some sugar.
I'm in ketosis and my FBG is usually between a 4 and 5.4. I was prediabetic though so my FBG may be higher than other people's.0 -

that's hypoglycaemic so if you see numbers that low re-test.
Less than 90 mg/dl (but probably more than 72) is typically seen in nutritional ketosis, if you're on a more strict medical regime with high ketones then you may see a little lower without issue.0 -

One more question- I keep seeing hypoglycaemic come up- not too sure what this will do? I get its a negative thing, but can someone explain please?0 -

I would double check and recheck after those low readings. Try checking before meals, 30, 60, 90 and 120 minutes after meals. There could be trends, or maybe you normally run lower than most because you are very carb sensitive (the opposite of insulin resistance).
I tend to go low after eating - reactive hypoglycemia. I don't go as low as you though. Reactive hypoglycemia is often a sign of insulin resistance. The body puts out too much insulin and eventually the body gets using it and too much glucose is cleared out of the blood.
Hypoglycemia is a problem for diabetics. They used too much insulin and thei BG got low. They would need to eat something with glucose. If you are keo adapted, going low will probably not bother you much because your brain is not only relying on glucose now, where as a normal person would be feeling light headed and even getting confused at such a low BG.
I'm not an expert, but I'd keep an eye on it and how you feel. Perhaps record BG and how you feel for a few days? Best wishes.0
