    Join one of the low carb groups here. If you search for low carb in the groups, one will appear pretty quickly, since they are quite popular here.

    ps: to the other poster: I love ditch the carbs on twitter. Great references and recipes.

    And feel free to add me. I'm not very low, but I'm lower than the SAD for sure, and have been tweaking mine DOWN for menopause.
