Wednesday Mini Challenge

Todays challenge is: Push-ups

Let's see if we can do 150 of them.

You can do them any style you want and you have until midnight to get them done.
You can do them all at once or break them into smaller groups.

Do as many as you can using the hardest style that you can then finish up with the next easiest style.

If you can't do them all then do what you can. The important thing is that you try to do them.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.

    were you military? just wondered!!!

    I haven't been able to do more than 25 pushups in years...(well, in all fairness I don't practice either)

    I will try!! They maybe "girl" push ups though;) but I'll do as many normal ones as i can.

    Haha I like the challenge. A good tip I have learned from my circuit training instructor.. do 10 per minute over 15 minutes. Sounds awful but actually its quite easy. The general pace is 10 per 20 seconds.. then you've got 40 seconds to rest before the next set.. Try it - it works!!!
