What foods are good as far as low carbs and sodium ??

    Stay away from all processed foods and you will be good.
    Wholesome food.
    I'm also watching my sodium and it's been a learning process. This app has been super helpful with the nutrient breakdown feature. Also log your food BEFORE you eat it or cook it and see where you're at.

    stay far far away from processed foods.
    don't even touch fast food since choices are hard to make and not filling enough.
    no soups or frozen meals.
    in other words, you are going to have to learn how to cook

    Some people find their sodium needs increase as carbs are cut because of the resulting water weight lost. I needed to increase salt when I lowered carbs.

    I agree the avoided processed foods will reduce your salt intake.
