Hi my name is Kathy I've been going up and down for years. This is so hard I'm going to water aerobics rig ht now once a week and walking three or more times.I think my biggest problem is not watching my portion sizes and over eating sweets.I'm gonna give thid app a chance.Good luck to everyone maybe reading your stories will motivate me.:)

    Hey keep up tracking it makes a real difference. I've 40lbs to drop current in my first week and dropped six so 34 to go.

    Thank you I already see some of my issues I logged in breakfast and lunch have 570c left going to make it count.Going to store buy some fruits and veggies then search recipes.
