Welcome! Is this a philosophical choice or do you think you need to cut all meat (does that include poultry and fish?) to lose weight?
If it is philosophical that is your choice and I applaud you for making it. However, you can still eat meat and lose weight...

Hello, I'm still eating fish rarely, I've cut out meat for the reason of the cruelty to animals and not knowing about the quality and what is going into my food. Plus I do prefer the quorn food as I find it less fatty. I know you can have a healthy life style while still eating meat I just don't enjoy it anymore.0
