Did I Lose It??

I have not been able to work out for a week due to a food poisoning/possible flu and giving myself a few days to recover. Did I lose any of my muscle mass/cardio endurance?? It has only been a week, I am steady at my weight (lost 3.5 lbs. from being sick, gained 1.5 back so far this week which I expected).
I know I won't be at 100%, but I would hate to think I lost everything I have been working so hard for.

Woah, definitely not! Everyone has to take time out from their exercise regime from time to time, but you'll be amazed how easy your body maintains fitness.
I had to take a month out due to an injury and it had a minimal impact on my fitness. But, even if you do lose anything, you will gain it back very quickly.
Just concentrate on getting better, and take as much time off as you need.0
