Need motivation

I'm new at this and need help with motivation. I'm wanting to loose about 50 pounds...where to start?

    Hey I am farely new to MFP too. Day 6 for me. I am looking to lose 60lbs. I would say start by keeping yourself motived, using the app and the great people on here to help u along. Keep your eye on your target, make good food choices, track everything and trying to get a workout in. You can do anything you set you mind too.

    Hi guys!
    I'm new here too! I found a great nutrition counselor to help me better understand what foods I should eating. All along I thought I was eating healthy, but I wasn't! My nutritionist recommended this app to help me choose what foods to eat also. It really helped me by seeing a professional nutritionist, maybe it can help you too!
