    Great post, it gave me lots to think about. Our stats "were" about the same until you had an amazing transformation :-). I'm hoping to post my own story sometime in the near future! Keep up the good work.

    Just saw your post on another thread and took a look at the link you inserted I remember reading this when you first posted but something you said (in re-reading it today) really hit home for me:
    "I have to be careful with trying to be “perfect.” If I lose my way, it’s not the end of the world. I can always stop, take a breath, remember why I started down this path to good health in the first place, and that I can do this for just one day/hour/minute."
