I'm in love with Kickboxing and boxing, I need to start finding some other workouts to mix in. Recently started running with my dog and it's good but needing some extra suggestions.

    I do endurance cycling, the results are incredible, so far have lost 46kg, pulse rate is now 42. BP - 115/60. Combine this with kickboxing, it is a win, win situation. Good luck

    Now do you do that in the gym or outside? I actually have a road bike for spring and summer but even going distance I seemed to Plato.

    Are you trying to burn fat or tone muscle?

    Tone muscle and a little bit of tightening skin, I had a baby and my stomach skin is finally tightening up but it's still a little stretchy and I don't know if through enough working out if it will change, or more of something I'm stuck with.
