First Official Summer Challenge - Week 5 Results

It's hard to believe that this is week #5! All Team members are again accounted for. Thank you again to the team leaders and to everyone for keeping up with this. I know it's hard, but I honestly believe that it helps you to stay focused, especially when you have the support of teammates. Please don't get discouraged if you aren't quite where you want to be. We are all winners just for making the decision to do things to get healthier! This is a journey, NOT a sprint, and we will get there with hard work and dedication. Ask for help if you can't see where the problem is, or if you just need extra support. Remember, after this challenge, there are opportunities to do other challenges. Keep up the good work and keep going!

This week's challenge: When you wake up, do 50 jumping jacks to get you going, and before you go to bed, do 20 lunges, situps, or pushups. Add another 7 glasses of water this week (1 for each day).

And now, for all the results:

Same general format with a few changes. 1st number is the starting weight, second is week 5 wt, third is the amount lost for the week, 4th is the percentage lost for the week, 5th is your total lost since we started, and 6th is the total percentage lost since we started, 7th is goal weight by June 20, and 8th is left to reach goal weight. Those I have no goal weight for, I simply put (NONE) and (N/A). Since there were so many numbers, I did go ahead and add numbers even for those with no loss, so you don't lose your place when looking at the numbers. Remember, even if you didn't lose, don't panic. It's a new day and week! Please let me know if I goofed on the numbers! You won't hurt my feelings, I promise. Also, if you have any questions or suggestions on a better way to display this, please let me know.

    Everyone great job! We need to pick up. Make it your best week! A couple of things, watch the hidden sugars:noway: .... you would be surprise which items have hidden sugars. Eat less of any package food and reach for fresh vegetables or a piece of low fat cheese. It really works for me. When eating fruits eat the berry they have way less sugars than other fruits and are richer in anti-oxidents.
