Unscheduled transformation pics!

So I've been doing mostly runs, bike rides, and swims lately. After some serious mileage recently, I decided to take a couple rest days, work back in a little at home strength training. While doing some pull ups I noticed a few new muscles in the mirror that Id never seen. So I snapped a pic and decided to do an impromptu before and after comparison. Had to do some digging to find my before pics. The "before" is at about 265-270lbs (my highest weight was probably 290-300) and the current pic is at 200.5 as of this weekend. Definitely gave me a nice little motivation bump!
