There is no need for any of that!
Francine - as the others have said, you do need to up your cals - your body can't cope - but do it gradually and you'll get there. Another thing to consider - do you really need to lose weight or is it something that is so conditioned in you you can't break the habit. Could you take a long objective look in the mirror and think about your body? Could you learn to love what you've got?
And needleknievel - is there really a need for that much sarcasm?0 -
hey:) yeh i listened to what they said...well actually that pic was taken a month ago...i'm still the same weight...181.something....i'm only 5"2 1/2 the doctor said....so yeh i need to lose...i guess the cam i have takes off 10lbs...lol...but yeh i have a way to go...i appreciate what you posted and its great advise, but for health reasons i need to lose:) thanks again0
