Need support for motivation and accountability

Hi, my name is Aydrean- I'm a mother of 6 month old twins. I gained 30 pounds during my high-risk pregnancy and another 12/15 since going back to work. I work 45 hr weeks and don't have the time outside of home to go to the gym... Any tips and excercise help is greatly appreciated as I began my journey to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight.     Hello... I have two kids I put on my weight with my pregnancies ... It's been a roller coaster with me. However both my girls are in school now and I am able to go to the gym a lot now . Before I could not go often because they both were home and so I made a home gym . I got an elliptical and treadmill and a weight lifting set.

    I just ordered a treadmill and will be expecting it this week. I have been a stay at home mom for several years and I just recently started working again in a fast paced environment so between work and school a full gym workout is not an option. After I had my twins I've been at a mental and physical standstill with losing more weight but I'm optimistic that with group support and new skills I will meet my goal

    Hello Aydrean! My tip is to get a TRX suspension kit. You can get a full body workout in about 20 minutes. I got mine from eBay for $40. It was new but the older version (TACTICAL T2). It comes with workout plan, instructions and a DVD.
    It packs away in a tiny bag and only takes seconds to set up.
