Hey any new moms finding it hard to lose weight although you're exercising and calorie counting

    Yes! Me!!!! Baby was born July 10 and I've been tracking food, exercising and keeping a defecit with my fitbit. The scale hasn't budged:(
    I'm not breastfeeding anymore. How about you?

    Congrats. I had my little one in May and I'm breastfeeding still and doing all the things you mentioned and have not seen anything more than a few oz (2 maybe 3) even dropping a pound would make me super happy. It's almost been a month. Are we missing something???

    Hello ladies ... My baby is 5 now and people use to tell me I wouldn't drop my baby weight until my daughter was 2.. That Is an old wives tell. After my six weeks was up I changed my diet completely and started working out.. I can say I didn't see changes in the scale until my baby was 4mos...
