    Thinking of trying it. I think it's changing your calories taken in but not sure.

    I stagnated after 40 pounds lost, so now I'm trying the wave method and its working to get me out of my funk.(3 pounds lost) I'm not even at the focussed fat loss stage yet. There is something to it, check out eat to perform on Facebook if you want to check it out free before committing. They have tonnes of articles.

    Eat less, move more. Works every time.

    I move a lot and eat quite reasonably. Lifting and cardio, protein, salad, etc. You can only go so low on what you eat if your going to be strong and get good workouts. Calories in calories out is very true, it all depends on how many calories you are burning.

    Not sure what calorie cycling is. But I think it's where you change your calories over a certain schedule.

    Calorie cycling basically is alternating high calorie days with low calorie days, but still hitting your weekly deficit/calories
