Hello lovely guys and gals,

Just joined MFP! My goal is to lose 0.5kg a week! A big struggle because I love my sweets! With the help of MFP and its members I am sure I will meet my goal! Thanks all.. Just thought of doing a quick intro :)

    0.5kg a week is a super realistic goal :) I've had a MFP account for quite a while but I'm only just getting back into using it, and have never looked into these forums before haha.

    If you need a sneakily healthy sweet recipe to help out the sugar cravings I have one or two up my sleeve, and most of them with minimal effort - win!

    Hi ! Welcome and I'm sure you'll be fine. With MFP I've learnt to eat smaller portions of sweets (ex 20g of chocolate for 100 Cal, instead of the whole 100g bar!) and I've lost weight whilst eating treats quite often !
