Hi everyone I have gained a stone and 6 pounds in the space of 7 months but I would like to lose atleast a stone by December this year. HOW MANY POUNDS WOULD I NEED TO LOSE EACH WEEK TO ENSURE THAT I LOSE THE WEIGHT BY DECEMBER ? BEFORE CHRISTMAS

When in December? 14 lbs to a stone. 8 weeks till the beginning of December. Say 11 weeks till Christmas? After that it's just Maths.0
