Middle-aged Scottish guy here. This is my third time starting from scratch on MFP. Had great success the first time but I stopped using it and things went to hell in a hand cart. Second time neither my heart nor head was in it so hoping this time I'll stay focussed. Good luck to everyone. Happy to accept anyone as friends0
