Lost 70 Pounds In 7 Months 265-195

yup from 265 to 195 in 7 months! Did A lot of cardio for sure every month. around month 4 started lifting weights. Around month 5 started counting macros and stayed on a strict diet. Month 6 did some intermittent fasting. Month 7 feeling good. Hoping by month 9 I'll be at my goal of 180.

@jclauren13 ok. Well for cardio I play basketball Monday-Friday. (About 5-7 games at 24 hour fitness) I burn around 1200-1500 calories alone. I was introduced to "Brandon Carter"s abdominal work outs around month 5 and that's when all the stomach fat started to disappear. Look him up on Facebook. Once I added his work out while lifting weights and playing basketball the weight just flew off and my body transformed week by week.0
