TDEE Question

Should I calculate my TDEE for what I weight now, or what my goal weight is? I tried to search google and didn't really come up with anything. If anyone has any links or answers I'd appreciate it.
Thanks!
Thanks!

I've seen people do both ways. You can calculate what your TDEE is now and eat at a percentage of that (depending on how much you have to lose), or find out what your TDEE will be at your goal weight and eat at that, which will still give you a deficit.0

Calculated for what you weigh now because you're going to change it as you lose weight.0

Now. Redo it every 10lbs. If you do it at your goal weight, depending on what it is, it may be too aggressive in weight loss goals.0

For your current stats.0
