So, who else can easily eat half a kilo of cheese in one sitting?

It's not just me, right? :(

It seems to be the one food that I just can't help myself with. I can eat some very day, worked into my diary, and that's it, I'll eat no more - but put some in the middle of the table during the family dinner and everyone else is finished? Willpower gone.

I'm pretty sure I can. But it has to be on something baked in an oven with pepperoni on it!!

I could. Luckily it works really well into a LCHF diet. :)

A pound? Yeah, as an ingredient in nachos. Easily.

I love me some wine and cheese nights.

I could. I no longer let myself just nibble on cheese - I pair it with crackers, maybe some summer sausage - because I'll eat the entire block without really paying attention.

    Cheese is so good.

Well, that's reassuring, at least

That's true. If I could, I'd replace all my carbs with cheese... apparently that wouldn't be good for weight training, though. *sigh*

Ah - they seem to make me want to eat even more. That was probably my downfall this time, actually.

454g of fresh mozarella...no problem! 1kg wouldn't be hard for someone on IF.

sounds like the low carb/high fat diet is the right choice for you then!

I couldn't, but I can easily demolish a packet of marsh mallows, jelly babies, skittles.,,, I guess that's why I prefer high carb/low fat.

Easily. I used to do it all the time, in fact (usually with a nice fresh baguette). Now I still could, but I try not to... I cut a serving (or two) and put the block back in the fridge.

I'm not sure what a kilo is (JK), but I could definitely eat my weight in some cheese.
