Hey! I'm new to the whole macro tracking world and wanted to know why the IIFYM calculator tells me I can have 1800 calories per day but MFP tells me I can only have 1400. Any insight??

Thanks!
Kate

MFP allows you more calories if you exercise, IIFYM calculator already takes that into consideration so you don't get extra.

    This^

If your workouts are consistent just use IIFYM. But if you need motivation, workouts are sporadic....then use MFP numbers and log workouts.
