I feel off the wagon hard. I got Discourage. Stop using my fit bit. Ate what I wanted. Went to doctor because I was not feeling good and found out I gained 20lbs in the last year. I cried all the way home. So, I charged my fit bit and doing my best to get back on the wagon. Don't want to fell this time.

So you already know what you need to do!! You've already done it once, you got this!!! We all fall off, life gets in the way, now pick yourself up and get back on!!!0

What can you do differently this time compared to last time? Try to find changes you can make that will be sustainable and will last for a lifetime. Make small changes at first, and it will be easier.0
